  • Andy and Evy have knocked it out of the park with this little slice of Bike Shed in Bruges. It may not be under an arch but they’ve definitely made it feel like a home away from home. So when in Bruges we suggest you take a visit. – Mabel

“When Evy and I began the Fly Low event, as a belgian salute to London’s Bike Shed, we wanted to do what every organizer wants to with his event, bringing people together and make them smile. After 4 editions and welcoming almost 7000 people, both fed up with our daily job, we decided to take the shot and started our own little business in Bruges. Kinda like Fly Low, but smaller, and on daily base. Hermanus was born.

Hermanus, my nickname, but also a tribute to the Flying Hermans, a caferacerclub from Ninove that I started years ago together with friends. They still exist, and they’re still givin’it full throttle in and around Ninove, my hometown.

We call it Bruges’ Finest too. ‘Why finest?’ some of you will probably wonder. Well, not because we think we have the best shop, neither do we think we know it all. We say Bruges’ Finest for having the finest customers, the best friends, the most wonderful family. It’s an understatement to say that you meet the nicest people on a motorcycle. It doesn’t matter what kind of bike you ride, for us you guys and girls are all caferacers. In our shop we learned that caferacing isn’t only about clip-ons and open face helmets. Caferacing is about friendship, sharing our motorcycle passion and enjoying life.

That’s why we love you all, and that’s why we’ll keep on defending the good times, in and around Bruges, forever.

Cheers and hope to see you soon in Bruges!” – Andy & Evy
